Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No, the first consultation and fabric or garment assessment at our Port Said, Egypt atelier is complimentary. You'll receive a written estimate before we begin any cutting, stitching, or fitting work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments in person at our Port Said, Egypt location, along with standard bank transfers for larger bespoke orders. A deposit may be requested for custom garment construction before work starts.
How long do alterations typically take?
Simple repairs like hemming or button replacement are usually completed within a few days. Custom fittings and bespoke garments require more time due to multiple fitting sessions and hand-finishing details.
What if the fit isn't right after the first fitting?
Our Custom Fit and Bespoke Atelier packages include follow-up fitting sessions so we can make necessary adjustments to sleeves, waist, or length until the garment sits correctly on you.
Can I bring my own fabric for a custom order?
